The entire building is surrounded by either indians or nigerians. A few people are hard-selling and very pushy with their simcard products, phone cases, souvenirs and food offerings. I stayed in Cebu Hotel where the room is like 14 sqm. It’s like a shoebox! If you are a claustrophobic, you’ll def die here with your eyes wide open. Duvet cover and blanket smells like a curry, phew! The only thing that is is good is the A/C and the heater and WHEN I TRIED EXPLORING THE CURRENCY EXCHANGE CENTERS, I WAS MIND-BLOWN AS THEIR RATES ARE A BIT GOOD COMPETITIVE. Would recommend the money changer centers but the the hotels in this building. EVERY HOTEL/HOSTELS HERE SUCKS.
