First when i arrived i agreed one price. Later when i was checking in they increased it. I agreed, almost no choice. At 11pm one guy enter to my room with masterkey and threw me out because he told me he found someone who pay more!! Quite agressive, i needed to dress up and run when i said i wanted to call police because he started to call "some friends". This matter in police's hands of course. Btw, when police arrived, guesthouse closed, no answer to the phone numbers.

I stayed the first few nights in another guesthouse in Chungking Mansions and had to move because this other guesthouse wanted a ridicoulous weekend price (Asia Inn, booked online for 181 Dollars a night - wanted to extend my stay over the weekend when they wanted 300... it is not worth that much).
The rooms (I got one on the 14th floor) are quiet big for Hong Kong (Chungking Mansion) standards. Especially the bed is big enough so that I was able to stretch my legs (not so in the Asia Inn...). But the room was smelly, the bedsheets were not changed after the last guest, the reception is never occupied and the wifi broke down twice. The bathroom is so small I couldn't sit "straight" on the toilet-seat. It is not so easy to take a shower there because it is so small. AC worked fine but brought in smelly air. At least I had access to a fridge - that is positive. I just read in another review that one could use their washing machine... why don't they tell me that? What was pathetic was this one guy who works there. "I am so poor and you are so rich. I do not make cheaper price." They charged 220 per night...
The location is in Block B so you will queue up and wait for the elevator (Block C is much much better in this regard - no queues there).
It could be a nice place because you are allowed to smoke in the room and the bed is big enough, but the missing cleaningness and the attitude of the staff make me giving only two stars.
