Good location in Chunking mansion, the center of Tsim Sha tsui, on Nathan road. It's very convenient area for shopping and enjoy eating the nearby restaurants. But the important thing that need to reconsider by touring is the cleanliness of room and air conditioning which hope to improve it.

This guesthouse is quite small with only 9 rooms. The rooms are small which is normal for Hong Kong. However, they do have rooms with full size beds and twin beds. I just wish the bathroom were roomier with a separate shower instead of the toilet, sink and shower in a confined 1 square meter space with a flimsy door on it. The rooms was fairly clean and met my needs. Now, the building where this is located really needs a major refurbishment as the floors are hopelessly dirty and dingy from lack of good maintenance. Mirador Mansion is almost as bad a building as Chungking Mansion the next block south.
