The room is typical of accommodations in Hong Kong—compact but quite comfortable. The location is unbeatable, situated in the heart of the city and conveniently close to both metro and bus stations. This makes it easy to explore all that the city has to offer. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking to stay in a central area!

I had chosen The New Style Hotel, which is located in an old-style commercial and residential building in Mongkok, Sun Hing Building a few days ago, the whole experience was a nightmare. I was fooled by the false reviews online and had learned a lesson, which was a big one. There are a lot of erotic massage centers and tonnes of small hostels in this building. It is definitely not recommended for women to stay in this building particularly travelling alone. Heard hotel patrons complaining and the female front desk staff was arrogant, ill mannered and she even scolded the guests in her own dialect. There was no window in some rooms. The ceiling was leaking with water dripping down without warning. It was a terrible experience. Don’t be misled by the top reviews online. The New Style Hotel is messy, unsafe and not worth a try.
