We had a room booked but when we got there it was all locked up. We rang the number provided several times and the owner did eventually turn up but told us he had already given the room to someone else and there were now no spare rooms left. He made up various excuses but this was very dishonest, especially since we had emailed him the day before to confirm the exact time we were coming and he had replied that this was all good. Do not trust this place. There are many better options in Chungking Mansions.
