Really good place to stay as it is near the main hong kong station!

I booked an hourly stay in the middle of heavy rain just to get a place to stay few hours before my flight.|I booked in the website, got the mail confirmation with the QR code to use as a key..|When I got to causeway bay.. the building is very hard to find. Good thing, I got help from one of the locals who helped me find the building. |I rang 3E to open the building access and was allowed to come in.. However, the elevator does not have the button to go on 3rd floor. |When I asked the people at the lobby, they don't how to speak English. The only words they can say is " we don't know"|I end up spending my night at the nearest fast food while I'm freezing cause I got wet from walking here and there to find this place!|What a horrible experience! when I send a mail to them, they didn't even care to reply!|So please... do not fall on this trap! Look for another capsule hotel or better yet a decent hotel!
