The simple, compact rooms (some without windows) come with en suite bathrooms, which are wet room-style with limited hot water. All also have desks, cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms add bunk beds. The hostel has a shared TV lounge and a business centre.

I think the staff has to be changed to a more professional team . No hotel owner should hire guys that can't keep up . The grand Budapest prules ! ☺️ Don't come here . The rooms are great and the whole hotel matter of fact . Only bad staff that takes professionalism to low standards .

Worst hotel ever! You’ve been warned! We booked 2 rooms here. 1 that’s good for 2 and another room for 4. My cousin booked the hotel through Expedia and the booking reflected the name he registered on Expedia which was his nickname. My cousin and his wife were coming from Singapore and 4 of us from Philippines. I arrived with my aunt and grandma at the hotel at around 2pm and tried our luck for an early check-in. The receptionist said they could not locate the name of the booking so I explained my cousin used his nickname. They insisted that the name on the booking and the passport should be identical. We pleaded them to at least be considerate of my 76-year old grandmother who had no proper sleep since we were already at the airport in the Philippines at 7pm the night before. They didn’t consider our request and told us we must wait for my cousin who will be arriving at 8pm that night! Waited at the lobby from 2pm to 8pm!!!! My cousin then arrived and tried to dispute regarding the name, but they still wouldn’t let us check-in. My cousin then made calls to Expedia to arrange the booking and was able to change the name from his nickname to his real name. We even showed his calling cards to the manager with his nickname on it since he’s been using it a lot more than his real name. We thought they would finally give us our booked rooms, but guess what? They still wouldn’t let us not unless my cousin pays them additional money to a total of 1200hkd if I could remember correctly! What a scam! They said it’s for the administrative charge on name changing of the booking! How could that be Expedia already changed my cousin’s name and it’s now the same as what was reflected on his passport! And to add more stress to us, they terminated our 2 rooms booking and made us all stay in a room that is good for 4! IT SRESSED US OUT SO MUCH THE FIRST DAY!!!! Never again!! They have lots of affiliate hotels and hostels so watch out for them!!!
