The hostel is ideally located for sightseeing and nightlife, the vibe is really good. I totally recommend and will come again.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this hotel. I was flying from Geneva to the Philippines with a layover in Hong Kong. Unfortunately, due to a significant weather delay in Zurich, I missed my connecting flight to Hong Kong. The airline provided me with an alternative route that did not include Hong Kong, so I reached out to this hotel to cancel my booking, explaining the situation.|I was shocked by their response. Despite explaining the circumstances—missing my flight due to weather conditions beyond my control and the stress of dealing with a last-minute rebooking—they refused to waive the cancellation fee. They insisted on charging me the full price, even though Booking.com offers an option to request a no-fee cancellation in cases like mine.|As a cabin crew member, I’ve had to deal with travel disruptions before, and I’ve always found that most hotels, especially in the tourism industry, understand that weather delays and other unforeseen issues can happen. This hotel, however, showed zero empathy or willingness to make an exception. Their rigid approach to their cancellation policy was disappointing, especially considering the option to request a no-fee cancellation exists precisely for situations like mine.|This lack of understanding and empathy is unacceptable, and it’s a shame I’ll never know what the actual hotel services are like, given the circumstances. I would advise future guests to be cautious about booking here, especially in situations where flexibility might be needed. Customer service in the tourism industry should prioritize empathy, and unfortunately, this hotel failed in that regard.

The young receptionists were very nice, but the laundry service charged HK$80 & lost my HK University t shirt & destroyed my 3 Decathalon t shirts. I've sentmanagement & the owners 30 emails asking for an apology & a refund. They are so unprofessional, insulting and off hand that I haven't even had an acknowledgement of receipt. Don't stay in this hotel! They'll destroy your property, & they won't care.
