The hostel neighborhood are extremely dirty,when we quit from the lift,there are garbage and rats,restaurants next to it,oily floor with 2 broken windows.The host is nice but the cleanliness are too bad.I have quit on second night for another hostel.

I had booked China Emperor Hotel in April 2014. Its one of the 3 Hotels owned by these guys||I reserved this in March 2014 using my credit card.||On arrival, i was asked to pay room charges in cash which i did and was given a receipt.||My credit card was charged the same amount by these guys on the night of the stay in the name of Dipty Guesthouse.||I went back to the hotel after few weeks and showed them the documents to support my claim. But was told they could not do anything and its something to do with the system and will be refunded the following week. I trusted them with this. I was even told they could use my CC again.||Its been more than 2 months and still no refund.||I tried to contact them thru email and phone and no response. The guys are well behaved, helpful and polite but not at the expense of taking other people's money and not being sorry about it.||And i am not even talking about issues with the accommodation.||BEWARE.
