We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived, thanks to the incredible service from Winnie Ng and Ben Lam at the front desk during our check in. Not only were they warm and professional, but they also went out of their way to accommodate our request, it made our stay even more special and comfortable. They truly went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Their professionalism, warm attitude and generosity left a lasting impression.

The location of this hotel is convenient and the room is clean. The staff are nice as well.
