A fantastic hotel with a wonderful staff. Our housekeeper, Ivy (爱平) was friendly and approachable, and did her best to ensure that our needs were met. I had a great stay, and recommend Holiday Inn to everyone! Thank you, Holiday Inn! :)

Service was excellent as always.We had multiple requests for amenities with housekeeping and Front office, all were attended promptly. Yuen from concierge went above and beyond which made our departure experience smoothest that can be in a busy afternoon. However, my members room preference was not fulfilled. We were assigned room 237, room with connecting door and the lowest floor, which is exactly opposite to my preference. I arrived later the day after my family has settled in. We were too tired and too messy to switch room, that’s why we did not voice out. It was disappointing and I’ve never experienced this in other IHG properties. I hope my preference will be honored next time.
