I saw the hotel online. The hotel introduction said it was five-star. But when I actually checked in at 12:15 PM, the male front desk clerk wearing glasses (I don't know your name) told me there were no rooms available. I was very tired and uncomfortable without taking a bath. So I asked if there were any other rooms available for check-in. The hotel had other facilities that could be used, but he didn't tell me. This male front desk clerk kept emphasizing that I should check if the check-in time was 3 PM. ?Why? Don't you know that this gives a very bad check-in experience to the guests? He even asked me to go out for a walk. (I was really angry at that time because the weather outside was bad and it might be raining. The weather forecast on my phone showed rain.)?||An interesting situation occurred. When I was in a bad mood, the male front desk clerk actually told me that a deposit was required for the hotel. (I fully understand that there are additional charges for staying at a hotel, but you shouldn't have mentioned it to me when I was in such a bad mood. I guarantee you are the most unprofessional front desk clerk I have ever met. As a front desk staff member, you failed to do your basic duty of being responsible to the guests. You didn't even understand the weather and told me to go out and explore the surroundings.)||At 4 PM, after experiencing the rain outside?, I returned to the hotel and checked in again. While queuing up, I prayed that I wouldn't have to communicate with such an employee again because I didn't know if I would lose my temper. Interestingly, it was Cherry who helped me check in this time. She was very professional and arranged a great room location for me! I really liked it. There were some minor issues during check-in, but she was very smart and helped me solve them! That was so cool!?||?This made me clearly see the gap between the hotel staff.||The concierge team was completely fine. Yanny and Jimmy worked hard and helped me store my luggage and bring it to my room.||The overall brightness of the hotel room was fine, the bed was soft enough, and so were the pillows. Of course, the cleanliness needs attention! Because I did notice some negative aspects, such as a hair and a small black spot on the blanket (I have no idea what it was). Fortunately, the housekeeper replaced them quickly.||The staff at the hotel gym (I'm sorry, I forgot your name) had a very good attitude and enthusiastically introduced the hotel's gym, swimming pool, and other facilities.||Additionally, I would like to specially mention Fo Georgie for helping me delay my check-out time! Thank you very much, Georgie!||Finally, I would like to thank everyone again: FO: Cherry and Georgie, ?Concierge: Yanny and Jimmy?and the front desk staff at the gym. ?Your professionalism made me feel the honor that the staff of a five-star hotel should have!?
