My first stay at this hotel. Arrived around 8pm and was warmly welcomed to the hotel. Hotel has a nice restaurant and bar at the top level with great views of across the harbour - nice way to wind down after a long flight. Location was convenient. Being on business, there were selection of cafes for business meetings including at the hotel. Great selection during breakfast. Staff at all times from Concierge to Front Desk to Housekeeping and reception were very professional, polite, helpful and appeared service- oriented. I felt safe in the hotel. Room was clean. Loved having a coffee machine, bathrobes, water filter in the room. I also like to access to great department stores. Will definitely return.
