?❌ Woman Staff at Front Counter on March 17th , 2025 is so impolite . I asking for my deposite before check-out ( to get money back ) but she said with impolite body language and voice that “ you didn’t tell me anything ” . I’m really confused that isn’t it normal that the staff have to check this issue for customer ?!? . She should speak with customer by polite and more service mind more than this . The body language , voice and eye sight are really bad . I am really dissappointed and upset with this hotel about this situation . Bad experience due to their staff . I will review by true feeling like this and I will not suggest this hotel to anyone .
