Friendly, helpful Good service. Speaks good English and security office open long hours. Very good value for money ... Will come back

WE, arrived late as our flight landed in Hong Kong past 11pm, we took the Airport express MTR up to downtown Hong Kong. Place was quite hard to find. Upon arrival the place looks cramp, dark and filthy. The receptionist guy showed us our room and its tiny room, approx 6 sqm, with two bunk beds, where our reservation says that the room has 2 double bed. The bathroom is 1 sqm. but at least it has hot shower available 9am onwards. You cant check out early as there is no one in the reception before 9am. We stayed for 2 nights as i cant cancel my booking and we have no choice rather than used what was booked. And lastly the guy receptionist is so rude.
Tip, just use airbnb to book your accommodation, there a lot of cheaper options but better amenities.

Smells sh*** ,room looks like a toilet, the flush doesnt work, and no floor maps, if you request it to the personel they didnt listen. Please dont go here it's a waste of money! They treated filipinos as if we're not a guest.read more reviews before booking a hotel
