After reporting problem with bathroom door and shower head, they were both fixed within 2 hours.When the desk power supply failed, it was fixed in 2 hours after reporting.The staff offered to handle my heavy luggage without me even asking.Free pop and water were offered and refill everyday.Location is very convenient with subway just below the building and discount was offered at the food stores below the hotel after showing residence proof.

This is not my first time to stay in this hotel, it still maintains the high quality of it. ||Good points:|(1) Location - Very near to Jorden MRT station exit D and E, 2 mins walking.|(2) Hotel located in a shopping mall|(3) Plenty of restaurants around|(4) Airport Bus A21 only opposite the road, in front of the Tsim Sha Tsui police station. |(5) Convenient store 7-11 just beside the hotel|(6) Temple street night market just 10 mins walk distance.|(7) My connecting rooms is the best experience I ever had.||Bad point:|(1) The concierge should put up more smile on face, however they still did help me successfully booking a 5 person taxi.|(2) Must improve the wifi, only 1 star out from 5 stars.

Its location and spacious rooms The bath tub needs an fully enclosed glass door (not just half) to block out the shower water.
