This was our first experience of traveling to Hong Kong. I found this hotel through Trip.com and was afraid that my expectations would not be met. But the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is very friendly, attentive and professional. The room was excellent with a magnificent view of the city and the sea with the pier. Everything that the hotel stated was present. We stayed for two nights and the next day they changed our towels, napkins, toilet paper, tea, coffee and cleaned the room. The room is not big, but very cozy. Our family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you very much to the staff and next time we will stay only there.

Room booked via booking platform- so issue occurred- I have called directly the hotel asking if my booking still in due to the issue, person in charge said “ yes “ 2 h later I came to the front desk , the incompetent front office staff and disrespectful while laughing on the phone while talking her manager about my case - seems was a scam - i got 2 days before a good rate , the hotel CXL 2 h before arrival saying that is an issue with my card but I still can come the kept the room for now “ no worries “ then when I arrived they told me that since I had an issue with the card I need to rebook , then cost 3 time the original discount ? incredible story , first time shape. To me … and zero help from the girl in charge that day
